Micro Tunnelling

IHC Handling Systems supplies a wide range of offshore handling equipment. Since we are famous for our offshore activities it is more or less unknown to the majority of our customers that we also supply tunnelling machines and related equipment.
As IHC's special welding service supplies most Dutch tunnelling contractors for cladding of hardened materials on their drilling tools, the contact with this market was already well established. In the early 90's IHC was asked to design and manufacture a complete tunnelling machine and as this was successful more have followed during the last decade.
