Pulse MIG/MAG Cladding / Automatic Welding
Pulse MIG/MAG
Pulse MIG/MAG cladding provides an increased resistance to wear, corrosion and aggressive environments. The cladded surface allows the life span of worn and new parts to be extended and replacement costs to be decreased. Cladding new parts has also the advantage of increasing the output of machinery or lowering its maintenance costs. This process offers automatic cladding MIG/MAG of bore holes with a minimum internal diameter of 30 mm. The maximum diameter of external cladding is 2000 mm.
Plasma transferred arc process
The plasma transferred arc process has been developed to apply a metallic bond high-alloy surface coating. The cladded surface allows the life span of worn and new parts to be extended and replacement costs to be decreased. Cladding new parts has also the advantage of increasing the output of machinery or lowering its maintenance costs. Plasma cladding increases the long-term productivity of parts which are exposed to extreme temperatures, corrosion and strong erosion by applying layers of Cobalt, Nickel and Chrome alloys (Stellite, Inconel).
